Comment:

 Hmm, it looks like glib2's check for whether to use dtrace on Mac OS X is
 based only on whether Carbon is available. Carbon is disappearing more and
 more in each version of Mac OS X so that doesn't seem like the best way to
 test for this. Still, I wonder why the problem only affects you and not
 all the other MacPorts users who have upgraded to Lion and are not seeing
 this problem.
