 Using Terminal, if TERM=xterm and not xterm-color, the source code listing
 will often only redraw a paltry few lines or line numbers, when the whole
 area should be redrawn. I'm not sure whether it's Apple's terminal
 emulator, or their curses library, or cgdb, but it's very annoying.
