 Ok, I am a complete novice, but by reading the log, I saw where it was
 missing certain files, fuse_lowlevel.h first, which I copied to every
 conceivable build folder not knowing why it couldn't find it or where it
 was looking, then ran again and it was missing fuse_common.h which I also
 copied to all other folders, retried the build process and it worked.  Why
 was this necessary and is there something I could have done wrong in the
 build process to cause this?
