 Added the following variants to sqlite3:

  * fts3: Add the FTS3 extension for full text search
  * icu: Add the International Components for Unicode (ICU) extension
  * rtree: Add the R*Tree extension for spatial data structure
  * secure_delete: Overwrite deleted content with zeros
  * soundex: Enables the soundex() function
  * stat2: Enables additional logic to the query planner and to the ANALYZE
 command
