 I was installing and rsync failed. My internet connection is satellite
 internet, and the rsync connection failed. I waited a long time but
 LittleSnitch showed me that there was zero activity going on. I needed to
 begin again. But at that point the installer offers no cancel option.
 Choosing to quit the installer only brought up a message about the
 installer being "busy". I had to force quit the installer. Then when I
 tried to reinstall it said there already was an installation running and
 '''AGAIN''' I couldn't quit. So I force quit again.
 Finally after a reboot I could get the installer going again. And guess
 what? Rsync failed again and again I can't quit or back out any way other
 than a force quit.
 I'm done with MacPorts. I know you guys are doing it for free and I
 appreciate that. But I find the installer unusable.
