Comment:

 As per the ticket guidelines, please remember to fill in the Port field,
 and note that it is not useful to cc openmaintainer.

 As you state, #27858 already exists for the same problem. Please add new
 information to the existing ticket when there is one, rather than opening
 a duplicate.
