Comment:

 It will be in your distfiles directory, usually
 `/opt/local/var/macports/distfiles`. Take a look at the file
 `python/numpy-1.6.0.tar.gz` in this directory, I imagine it'll be some
 sort of error from the sourceforge mirror system.
