Comment(by weaverryan@…):

 Thanks ram - you were totally correct. Unfortunately, the HTML page is not
 helpful, though I think we already know that sourceforge is up to
 something strange:

 {{{
 <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN"
 "http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/strict.dtd">
 <!-- <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN"
 "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd"> -->
 <HTML>
 <HEAD>
 <META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="0.1">
 <META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">
 <META HTTP-EQUIV="Expires" CONTENT="-1">
 <TITLE></TITLE>
 </HEAD>
 <BODY><P></BODY>
 </HTML>
 }}}

 Is there a way to work-around this?

 Thanks!
