 I've done as described in section 4.6 in the
 [http://guide.macports.org/#development.local-repositories guide] :

 file:///Users/julesverne/ports [[BR]]
 rsync://rsync.macports.org/release/ports [default]

 I've created a new portgroup and placed it in the corresponding place in
 my local repository, but when doing a port sync, the portgroup doesn't get
 registered
