New description:

 field. You do not need to be in cc when you are the reporter. As per the
 [wiki:FAQ#checksums FAQ], you need to indicate which mirror your file was
 downloaded from.

 Have you read the MisbehavingServers page? What does the HTML in the
 downloaded file say?
