 The gcc45 variant is marked as conflicting with the gcc42, gcc43, and
 gcc44 variants. But the gcc42, gcc43, and gcc44 variants are not marked as
 conflicting with the gcc45 variant. They need to be. This seems to have
 been forgotten when #24869 was resolved in r71201.
