New description:

 After some wrangling, I finally got py27-numpy to install, but for the

 I can't even figure out exactly what the error is..
 the final actual error is

 but it's plagued with warnings beforehand.

 Then my only suggestion is to open a ticket with Apple as `stdint.h` is a
 standard header that should be installed.
