 wine-devel has failed to install on Tiger since this change was made. I
 have [http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=26643 reported the problem]
 to the developers without successful resolution so far. I was hoping there
 was a way to tell wine to not use the security framework, and continue to
 use gnutls as it was doing before this change. But we could restrict that
 to a platform darwin 8 block, and continue to use security framework on
 leopard and newer.
