 The PHP/MySQL error is of course not on-topic at all for this ticket. The
 error in the log is "error: jni.h: No such file or directory" which is the
 well-known error which is the subject of this ticket and the resolution to
 which is to install the Java for Mac OS X development headers package as
 amply explained above. Your log is not complete (has lines that say
 "Skipping completed"), so you may simply need to clean and try again.
