 You haven't installed Xcode properly. Reinstall Xcode making sure to
 install the unix development parts. See the guide:
 http://guide.macports.org/#installing.xcode

 Alternately, if you installed Xcode into a nonstandard location, inform
 MacPorts of that location by editing developer_dir in macports.conf.
