Comment:

 Attached is a patch to update the port to 2.3.9.5. Cannot test that it
 completely builds, because issue #28595 remains. #28604 remains as well.

 The patch removes the uuid.h business, because I see uuid.h in my 10.4u,
 10.5 and 10.6 SDKs so I assume this was a problem only for earlier and
 now-unsupported versions of Mac OS X.

 I added a patch for HttpRequest.cpp to resolve a build error.
