 I have exactly the same behavior.  I'm running OS 10.6.6.  I performed a
 fresh install of kmymoney 1.0.5 via MacPorts. It complied everything under
 the sun over a couple hours with no reported errors, very impressive!
 However, I get exactly the same error as reported on this ticket.  I
 traced it to the same place as described above in the attached crash log.
 Let me know if it's interesting and I'll produce a crash log to attach.
 I'd love to be able to use more the KDE programs on OSX once this is
 fixed... Great work on MacPorts.
