 0.1.7]) don't build with poppler 0.16.

 The epdfview SVN repository includes fixes for building with poppler >=
 0.15.0 ([http://trac.emma-soft.com/epdfview/changeset/354/trunk r354]),
 poppler 0.15.1 ([http://trac.emma-soft.com/epdfview/changeset/357/trunk
 357]) as well as a runtime error with poppler 0.16.2 ([http://trac.emma-
 soft.com/epdfview/changeset/359/trunk r359]).

 Attached diff for the Portfile pulls r359 from the SVN repository (tested
 with MacPorts 1.9.2 on Mac OS X 10.5.8 Leopard (i386)).
