 That's correct. For now the patch is only in this ticket. Now it's up to
 the port's maintainer, to whom this ticket is assigned, to evaluate the
 patch and commit it to the repository. If he doesn't do so within 72
 hours, another committer can do so. Until then, you can download the patch
 and apply it manually; instructions are in the guide.
