 I tested with python27. It worked, thank you!

 I then uninstalled qgis and its dependencies to reproduce the fcgi-related
 problem.
 I could not reproduce it, it worked again!

 I also finally understood that py27-sip was a dependency of py27-pyqt4.

 So I do not have any concern anymore. Thank you again.
