 From the log:

 On my 10.6.6 (with Xcode 3.2.6) that file is at
 /System/Library/Frameworks/ApplicationServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/PrintCore.framework/Versions/A/Headers/PMDefinitions.h.
 Perhaps a bad/incomplete Xcode install?
