New description:

 While attempting to install gimp on Snow Leopard Server (new system, not

Comment:

 Please try again and show the entire output; you have omitted the parts
 from the output that are interesting.

 Perhaps your network prohibits access to FTP servers? The port has only
 FTP servers as master_sites, except for one http site, which does not have
 the file at the location specified. :(
