 Instead of pointing it at 2.8, the scala port is going to be deleted in
 the near future.

 Also, 2.9 will be out soon and it's not the place of MacPorts to pick the
 specific version of Scala to use, as choosing a version requires knowledge
 of what work you want to do, what libraries you need, etc.  There's a lot
 of factors in picking a Scala version.
