 Are you on the uchicago network? If so, it sounds like they want you to
 authenticate before viewing certain (or possibly any) web sites. This is
 the second reason listed on the MisbehavingServers page. There's nothing
 MacPorts could do to help with this... You must open a web browser and
 authenticate.
