 Apparently the same issue occurs with Fink: Pdftk 1.44 fails to build with
 GCC 4.5 on Tiger/Leopard Intel:

 (In my tests, it fails to build in MacPorts with current gcc44 and ggc45
 on OS X 10.5.8 Leopard (i386), but builds ok with gcc42)
