 Please find attached a patch for the Portfile which will:
  * upgrade the Ghostscript portfile to version 9.02
  * upgrade Mapping Resources for PDF to the 2009-11-16 release
  * use SourceForge mirrors for Mapping Resources for PDF
  * fix the currently-broken livecheck mechanism[[br]]
