 The issue with FSF gcc building with the partial fix patch above might be
 related to the use of -bundle -undefined dynamic_lookup instead of -bundle
 -bundle_loader -flat_namespace -undefined suppress in the setup.py build.
 For some reason this is generating duplicate symbols in FSF gcc but not
 Apple gcc.
