 Updated port for Julius version 4.2.
 I am afraid the original port I submitted at #29076 is not working because
 it does not destroot properly. And I found that julius does not work with
 CoreAudio on 10.6 but requires portaudio instead. I attach a new Portfile,
 a demo script and a patch for configure, and `patch-configure.in.diff` is
 not necessary anymore.
