 I have replaced the patches with new ones.  Patches are against Porfiles
 currently in the Macports tree.  All except py26-mayavi are simple version
 number increments and checksum changes.  py26-mayavi required simple
 patches to documentation Makefiles and a new dependency on py26-sphinx.

 Let me know if there any issues that I can address.
