Comment:

 Committed in r78583 with these changes:

  * renamed patchfile following our normal naming convention
  * removed md5 checksum; we're phasing it out of macports
  * removed libtool, automake and autoconf from depends_build;
 "use_autoreconf yes" already does that; instead, use depends_build-append
 to add perl5
  * changed whitespace a little
  * indicate license
