 There is one point that I misunderstood... The {{{patch-libswscale-
 Makefile.diff}}} was added at r35073, and #14234 (Adds variant avfilter
 together with vhook) seems to be the most relevant issue to this patch
 (but I cannot find any descriptions of the patch).
