 I'm experiencing the same issue.

 MacPorts version: 1.9.2
 ffmpeg version: 0.6.3

 I built it with "port install ffmpeg +avfilter"

 When I run "ffmpeg -filters" I get:

 If I can run any diagnostics or report back to you any further
 information, please just let me know. I'm trying to use the scale filter,
 but when I do I get: "Unrecognized option vf" and the process dies.
