Comment:

 Committed in r79041 with some cleanup. This port appears to have been
 created with the old version of cpan2port, which created portfiles that
 needed a lot of manual cleanup afterward to make them comply with best
 practices.

  * fixed maintainer line
  * removed unnecessary extract.suffix and master_sites
  * added required long_descirption
  * adjusted whitespace and formatting
