 explained in the Guide], WikiFormatting rules should be followed when
 writing in Trac. This includes using !{{{ and }}} around output that
 you've pasted from the terminal. And you should place the email address of
 the maintainer of the port into the Cc field, so that they are made aware
 of the ticket. You can find out who maintains a port by typing e.g. "`port
 info ncarg`" in the terminal.
