 Hi, I can confirm that the mmoll's patch to specify the SDK root fixes the
 problem for me.
 I do not have the Cg.framework, so I think the Cg.framework stuff is a
 separate problem.

 I opened a ticket #31889 to track this specific issue.
 I am also attaching the diff for mmoll's fix in this ticket.
