 Fixed ibiblio's URL in the apache group in r87040. That should address at
 least the two ports in this ticket. You'll need to clean out the bad
 distfile, i.e.:

 {{{
 sudo port clean --all fop
 }}}
 or
 {{{
 sudo port clean --all apr-util
 }}}

 and also:

 {{{
 sudo port selfupdate
 }}}

 I'm still checking on the rest of the fetch groups.
