 Well this is open for a while, just recently checked again it is not
 fixed.

 This is a easy fix: the otp_doc_html_R14B04.tar.gz on erlang.org has
 changed without a name change.

 The have admitted this on their site as was already documented above.

 Everybody who downloads otp_doc_html_R14B04.tar.gz after Oct 7th 2011
 can't install the port because of this.

 I personally don't care since hacking the ports file is easy but this
 shouldn't be necessary ...
