 As the arb port maintainer I receive questions from users who are having
 trouble installing or running arb, but during the last four months nobody
 has reported this problem.  The arb port is used by an active community of
 research scientists, postdoctoral researchers and graduate students.  This
 error seems to have been an isolated incident.  Plus, this ticket refers
 to arb 5.2 and the current version is 5.3

 ticket be closed.
