 How about the attached Portfile which installs the lisp files into
 ${prefix}/share/emacs/site-lisp and also cleans up a few things.

 I am using a post_activate script to update the dir file in
 ${prefix}/share/info. Is there a more elegant way of doing the same thing?

 Is there a way to specify one of two ports as a dependency e.g.
 depends_lib port:emacs or port:emacs-app?
