 It looks like yes, a stealth update has taken place. The only difference
 between the old distfile (available on our distfiles mirror) and the new
 one on the master site is that the old file contains an SQLite database
 file called "_FOSSIL_". Presumably this file is not used anywhere, so the
 port's revision presumably does not need to be increased. I'll attach a
 patch.
