Comment:

 You built gettext while you had a beta version of Xcode 4.2 installed.
 Install a final version of Xcode 4.2.x and then rebuild gettext with:

 {{{
 sudo port -n upgrade --force gettext
 }}}

 Duplicate of #31167.
