 gdk-pixbuf2 is a dependency of libglade2.  Did you clean libglade2 first?
 i.e.
 {{{
 sudo port clean libglade2
 }}}
 Also confirm that gdk-pixbuf2 2.24.0 is installed with
 {{{
 port installed gdk-pixbuf2
 }}}
