 That's a separate error, related to Xcode 4.2, whether on Snow Leopard or
 Lion, and deserves a separate ticket: #32317.

 This ticket is about the build failure of the Carbon variant on Lion,
 which we probably cannot fix, since Apple has simply removed parts of
 Carbon in Lion.
