Comment:

 The log shows:
 {{{
 error: /usr/local/include/stdio.h: Permission denied
 }}}
 Remove this file and anything else in /usr/local; software installed there
 often interferes with MacPorts, as it has done in this case, which is why
 we don't support having software installed there. Once you've removed it,
 "sudo port clean glib2" and try again.
