Comment:

 Has duplicate #31487.

 Takeshi, hdf5-18 only depends on szip if the +szip variant is selected,
 otherwise it does not, and this variant is not on by default. If netcdf is
 going to always request szip functionality in its +netcdf4 variant (which
 it does, and this variant is on by default), then it should always declare
 a dependency on the szip port.
