 I've just set up a new Intel Tiger environment to test with. Looks like
 there's a new problem, likely in addition to the Security framework issue
 I had seen before:

 /usr/libexec/gcc/i686-apple-darwin8/4.0.1/ld: can't use -s with -bundle
 (file must contain at least global symbols, for maximum stripping use -x)
 }}}

 There are some Google results for this; I'll see if I can wade through
 them and arrive at a solution.
