New description:

 Attempted to install current version 8.4 of tclx on a Snow Leopard system
 and got this error:

 The Milestone field is not used for port tickets.

 Please remember to use WikiFormatting, and to Cc the maintainer of the
 affected port.

 And please search for existing tickets before filing a new one. This is a
 duplicate of #19491.
