New description:
Hi, [[br]]
I tried to install OCRopus and after half an hour of installing
dependencies it failed on the very last package, the ocropus package
itself, with the very bizarre error message "Mercurial clone failed". I
have absolutely no idea what this is and how to cure it. So I thought I'll
let you know at least. [[br]]

Comment:
It means MacPorts could not download the source code from ocropus'
Mercurial repository in order to begin trying to compile the code.
More specifically the error I get when I try is:
{{{
abort: unknown revision '62bdc7b8be62'!
}}}
Based on the [http://code.google.com/p/ocropus/source/list change history
of their repository], it appears as though the developers of ocropus
completely deleted their repository 22 hours ago and started a new one.
That seems like a pretty unfortunate thing for them to have done.
