Comment:

 Removing your Cc since you own the ticket.

 In r85607 I removed the comment in the port about universal being disabled
 because gmp and mpfr are not universal (since that's not true anymore) and
 the commented-out disabling of the universal variant (since
 "`use_configure no`" already implies that). I also properly disabled the
 nonexistent universal variant; see #31603 for the problem this had caused.
