Comment:

 Committed in r86209. with these changes:

  * kept the whitespace consistent with the port and our guidelines (used
 spaces instead of tabs)
  * no longer install the INSTALL file (it tells users how to install the
 software, something MacPorts has already done for them)
  * install the COPYING file (it describes the license, which is important
 for users to know)
  * add the `license` field
